| The Parish Church of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Paczółtowice was built in around 1510 and is probably the second to stand on this spot. It is a late-gothic church, erected using fir wood and log construction and covered by shingles. The walls and ceilings of the church display polychrome decoration from the end of the C19th. On the north wall of the chancel and nave there are the remains of paintings from the second half of the C17th showings scenes from The Passion of Our Lord. The main altar was produced in 1604. A precious relic is the gothic painting it contains of Our Lady of Paczółtowice in front of the Burning Bush (around 1460-70). |
